I worked with Drew closely on a high-profile 0-to-1 product. Drew always brought energy to the team by showing his passion for the product and inspiring teammate with innovative ideas. For example, he actively participated in team meetings and led team discussions. I was also impressed by how experienced he was organizing design sprints. He successfully ran a design sprint within a couple weeks after joining the team and effectively moved the product development forward with solid outcome from the sprint. We had very pleasant design/research collaboration and I definitely hope to work with him again in the future.
